About our services

Rising Design & Plastering LLC provides stucco, lath, stone veneer, and siding services for homes and commercial buildings in Arizona. This website describes what we do and lets you reach out for a quote. It does not, by itself, create a contract for any work.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or to request an estimate or services from us. By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Estimates and bids

Any price or estimate we give is based on the information available at the time, including your plans, photos, or a site visit. The final price may change once we inspect the wall or review full plans.

An estimate is not a binding contract. The work we do is governed by the separate written agreement you sign for your specific project, which sets the scope, price, and terms for that job.

Using this website

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site
• Copy or reuse our content, photos, or branding without our written permission

Text messaging and SMS terms

Our content

The text, photos, logo, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them without our written approval.

Rising Design & Plastering LLC holds an active Arizona Registrar of Contractors license, ROC #356836, under the CR36 Plastering classification. All work is performed under Arizona law and the terms of your project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about this website or these terms will be handled in the courts of Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
