Re-Stucco in Paradise Valley

Acre lots, hillside homes and houses that have been added onto for decades. We put one new finish across all of it, so every wing reads as the same house.

Paradise Valley, Arizona

Plenty of Paradise Valley homes have been remodeled more than once. Each new wing got its own stucco, and now the house wears a few textures and a few shades of one color.

Patching won't pull that together. The more you fix in pieces, the more the seams show. On a home this size, that's a lot of seams.

A re-stucco puts one finish over every wall. We clean and repair each section, bond the old surfaces so they all take the new coat the same way, then finish the whole house in one texture.

Where Paradise Valley walls need it

  • The north slope of Camelback Mountain

Homes cut into steep lots with tight drives. Scaffolding and staging get planned around the grade before anything else.

  • Mummy Mountain

Custom homes on the slopes and around the base, many remodeled since they were built. Old and new walls sit side by side on the same house.

  • Lincoln Drive and Doubletree Ranch Road

Ranch homes on flat acre lots, some dating back to the 1950s. Long single story walls, and a lot of them.

  • Cheney Estates

Newer gated estate homes with smooth finishes and big flat walls. Those show every wave, so the base coat has to go on straight.

One house, four decades of stucco

Many Paradise Valley homes haven't stayed the way they were built. A 1970s ranch picks up a new primary suite in the 90s and a casita after that.

Each crew matched the old wall as best it could. Up close you can see where one ends and the next begins. After enough summers, the color splits along those lines.

A re-stucco ends that. Every section gets the same prep and bond. Then one finish goes over the whole house, so nothing reads as an addition.

Questions

Paradise Valley re-stucco questions

Send us a photo of the wall and we'll tell you what we're looking at before anyone drives out.

We price at $5 to $9 per square foot of wall, measured as it stands. A 2,000 square foot single story runs about $9,000 to $21,000, and a multi-wing home has far more wall than that. So we measure every side before we give you a number.
