Siding Installation

Fiber cement, vinyl, and wood siding, set over a moisture-resistant base with clean alignment and proper expansion gaps. The other half of a one-crew exterior.

The work

Siding looks simple and installs hard. Skip the underlayment, butt the panels too tight, or miss the expansion gap, and you get buckling, water behind the wall, and trim that pulls away.

We install fiber cement, vinyl, and wood the right way. Moisture-resistant underlayment first, panels aligned and leveled, expansion gaps left where the material needs room, and trim integrated clean.

Pair it with our stucco and stone work and one crew handles your whole exterior, no scheduling three trades around each other.

What's included

What a siding job includes

  1. Moisture-resistant underlayment

A weather barrier goes on first so any water that gets past the panels drains out instead of soaking the framing.

  2. Aligned, leveled panels

Panels are set level and straight with consistent reveals, so the wall reads clean from the curb.

  3. Proper expansion gapping

Siding moves with heat and cold. We leave the right gaps so it never buckles or pulls its fasteners in an Arizona summer.

  4. Integrated trim

Corners, windows, and transitions get trimmed and sealed so water has no easy way in.

One crew for stucco, stone, and siding

Most exteriors are not one material. A custom home might run stucco on the main body, stone on the base, and fiber cement on a gable. When three trades handle that, the seams between them are where water and finger-pointing happen.

Because we do all three, we own those transitions. The siding ties into the stucco and the flashing lines up, because the same crew planned both. That is the real advantage of keeping the whole exterior under one roof.

Fiber cement is the workhorse here. It does not warp or fade the way vinyl can under intense sun, and it resists fire and pests. We will walk you through the trade-offs for your budget.
